4. Shipping & Delivery (for physical items)

We process and ship orders within 5–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

5. Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds on digital products.
For physical products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hearttalkstour.com with a description and photo of the issue.
