📦 Physical Products (The Journal or Bundled Items)

All physical product sales are final.
Due to the nature of personal growth tools, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hearttalkstour.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll review your request and either replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.


🎧 Digital Products (Audio Affirmations)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Once purchased, you will receive immediate access to your files, and they cannot be returned. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital files, reach out to us—we’ll make sure you’re supported.
