📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.


🌍 Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but typical shipping windows are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International Shipping (if applicable): 10–21 business days depending on destination

Note: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control during peak seasons.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.


💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to make it right.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, we’ll notify you promptly.
